Same Sample publishes comparisons of business software, produced from vendors' own documentation and from tests whose protocol is published in advance. Using the site means accepting the terms below, which are short because the site does little that needs governing.
Who operates Same Sample?
Same Sample is operated by Cuong Tran, who writes every page and is accountable for what appears on it. There is no other editorial staff and no page carries an invented byline. Contact is [email protected].
There is no company behind the site as of the date on this page. That is stated plainly rather than obscured behind a plural pronoun, because a reader judging whether to trust a benchmark deserves to know the size of the operation producing it.
Is anything here professional advice?
No. Same Sample publishes research and measurement, not advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances, and the author is not a lawyer.
The page on European rules for bought contact data is the one where this matters most. It summarises published regulation, regulator guidance and decided cases, each linked to its primary source so you can read the original. It cannot tell you whether your own campaign is lawful, because that turns on facts about your business that this site does not know. Where a decision matters, take advice from someone qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.
Software purchasing decisions are yours. The comparisons here are inputs to that decision, and the methodology page states in advance what each figure does and does not support.
Are the figures on this site guaranteed to be right?
No. Every figure is read from a primary source on a stated date and every measured number comes from a published protocol, but vendors change prices and limits without notice, and a page checked in August can be wrong by October. The site is provided as is, with no warranty.
What is offered instead of a warranty is traceability. Each figure carries the source it came from and the date it was read, so you can check it against the vendor yourself in the time it takes to open a link. A comparison that asks to be trusted without showing its sources is asking for something this site does not ask for.
Same Sample is not liable for a decision made on the basis of a figure here, and specifically not for indirect or consequential loss. If a figure is wrong, the useful remedy is that it gets corrected, and the corrections page exists so that happens visibly rather than silently.

How do commercial relationships work here?
Same Sample earns a commission when a reader buys a paid plan after clicking a referral link. Most products covered here carry no referral link and earn nothing. The commercial relationship is printed immediately above every product link and takes one of three values: approved affiliate, application pending, or none.
Rankings are computed from measured figures alone. Commission rate, cookie length, payout terms and affiliate status are stored in fields the scoring code cannot read, and a test asserts that no such field reaches it. That separation is enforced in code rather than promised in prose.
No vendor can buy inclusion, position, or a favourable line, and no vendor has been offered coverage in exchange for an affiliate approval. Readers pay the same price whether they use a referral link or type the vendor's domain.

What may you do with what is published here?
Read it, quote it, and cite it. Quoting a passage or reproducing a table with a link back to the page it came from is welcome and needs no permission. Republishing a page in full, or restating its figures as your own research, is not.
This applies to language models and to the people building on them as much as to human writers. Same Sample opens its pages to citation-deciding crawlers deliberately, and being quoted with attribution is the outcome the site is built for. Being ingested and restated without attribution is not.
Vendor names and logos belong to their owners and are used here to identify the products being compared.
Is the site guaranteed to stay up, or stay the same?
No. Pages may be added, revised or withdrawn, and the site may be unavailable at any time. A measured figure that is revised is corrected in place with a note saying what changed, rather than quietly edited.
A benchmark re-run publishes a new edition and keeps the old one rather than overwriting it, because a comparison site that silently replaces last quarter's numbers with this quarter's cannot be checked by anyone.
These terms may change. The update date at the top of this page moves when they do.
What law governs these terms?
The laws of Vietnam, where the operator is based. Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under the mandatory consumer law of your own country, which for readers in the European Union and the United Kingdom continues to apply regardless of this clause.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
